With a new baby on the way, this adorable family wanted to capture those last days of their daughter being an only child. It was so nice to be welcomed into their beautiful mountain home to photograph them in their own space … a family excited to grow.

This sweet family invited me to their home for their family session.

It was so fun to photograph their children while comfortable in their own space… playing in their rooms, and being together as a family.

The view from their yard was the perfect backdrop at sunset!

This family is so fun to plan a session with, and always up for fun locations. Antelope Island was the perfect setting on this Fall evening… the sunset was one of the most amazing I’d ever seen, and the Super Moon rose into the sky at the end of it! Perfect!

The flooded Bonneville Salt Flats and a beautiful sunset created the perfect setting for this family’s portrait session.

I just love this family! Sweetest couple, fun boys & their adorable dog! In fact, this was the calmest dog, and he did amazingly well in the water!

As the session ended and the sun set, the views just kept getting prettier… love those nights!

When this family contacts me each year for their family portraits, I am always so happy! I love to see these little ones and how they are growing up, and they are a really fun family full of laughs and love. I love their style!

The Bonneville Salt Flats had about a 1/2 inch of water on the salt that day, and it created some great reflections. It is such a unique location, and it looks different every time I go out there.

It is always inspiring to talk to high school seniors and hear what they’ve accomplished already, and what they dream about doing in their lives. This senior has such a bright future ahead, and I am so excited for her!

For Addie’s portrait session, we shot in some of my favorite downtown Salt Lake City locations. Her great sense of style and fun personality shines bright!

This high school senior loves the outdoors, and photography … it was really fun choosing a location with them that would be just the right fit! The Fall colors were peaking in Big Cottonwood Canyon, and it was gorgeous!

I had a great time hiking around in the forest with Jayden & his mom finding some great spots for his portraits, they were so sweet & fun to talk and laugh with! Congratulations Jayden, have a great Senior year!

Any chance I get to be in the forest, I’ll go… I love it there!
